Request Account Deletion

At Nexar, we prioritize your privacy and provide an easy way to manage your account and data. If you wish to delete your account, follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

To request the deletion of your account and associated data:

  1. Log into Your Account on the Nexar app or website.
  2. Go to Profile tab > Privacy & Data.
  3. Select the option Delete My Account.
  4. Confirm your request by following the prompts.

Alternatively, you can email our support team at support@nexarhq.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include your account details.


What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you request account deletion, the following applies:

  • Data That Will Be Deleted:
    • Personal details such as name, email, and phone number.
    • Chat history and therapy session records.
    • Account preferences and saved settings.
  • Data That May Be Retained:
    • Payment Records: Transaction records will be retained for up to 12 months for legal and financial compliance.
    • Anonymized Data: Aggregated and anonymized information that cannot be linked to you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
  • Retention Period for Certain Data: Data necessary to comply with legal obligations will be securely retained for up to 12 months before being permanently deleted.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent, and you will lose access to all your data and services on Nexar.
  • If you have an active subscription or pending order, you must cancel it before requesting account deletion. Contact our support team for assistance.
